Here are the prayers Fr. Dennis McManus recommended.
1. In the name of Jesus Christ, I reject, renounce and rebuke all demons of (here, make your own list; e.g., "demons of lying, pornography, drunkenness, envy, etc.). In the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to leave me and do not return. Amen. (Follow with an Our Father)
2. Tender Mother Mary, come now! Throw your veil and mantle over me! Under your veil, teach me to pray as you learned, carrying Christ himself within you as Ark of the Covenant. Cast your mantle around me now. Protect me from all demonic attack, temptation, retaliation, deceit and attachment. Hide me now and always in your Holy and Immaculate Heart. Amen. (Follow with a Hail Mary)
These first two prayers are best said together at the start of the day and then again just before retiring at night.
A final prayer that can be said at any time to Mary:
3. Tender Mother Mary, come now! Take our thoughts and give us yours instead. Take our hearts and fit them into yours. Take our ears and fill them with your hearing of the greetings made to you in the prayer devoted to your name. Hail Mary...Amen.
