Bishop Alex Aclan was born in the Philippines, immigrating to the United States in 1982.  He was ordained a priest in 1993, and has been involved in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1984.  He has served at several parishes as Associate Pastor and Pastor within the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.  From 2014 through 2018, Bishop Alex was the Vicar for Clergy to promote the continuing formation of spiritual and physical well-being for all priests and deacons.  Archbishop Gomez appointed him as Episcopal Vicar for the San Fernando Pastoral Region​ on May 16, 2019 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. 

Bishop David O’Connell is the Episcopal Vicar of the San Gabriel Pastoral Region, in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.  Since his ordination into the priesthood, he has served as an Associate Pastor and as Pastor of several parishes within the Archdiocese.  Bishop O’Connell currently serves on the Together in Mission Board, the Archdiocesan Finance Council, and on the committees for the Capital Campaign for Human Development and Migration and Refugee Services.  In his pastoral ministry, Bishop O’Connell has always been very active in serving those in need.

Fr. Mike Barry is the former provincial of the Sacred Hearts Congregation here on the West Coast. He is active in Charismatic Renewal circles with healing Masses, inner healing retreats, and teaching seminars. Fr. Mike is the founder and President of Mary’s Mercy Center, a ministry that feeds the poor and homeless.  He also opened a home for single and unwed mothers as an alternative to abortion called Veronica’s Home of Mercy. 

Dr. Elizabeth Kim is the Director of the Brain Fitness Center in Los Angeles and Orange County.  A USC graduate, Dr Kim is a licensed psychologist, marriage and family therapist, and board-certified Neurofeedback practitioner whose practice integrates Catholic spirituality with psychology in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, marriage and family issues.  When Dr. Kim was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1976, her life was transformed by the love of God the Father and the “current of grace”.  Since then she has enthusiastically served the Church in various positions, including youth and healing/deliverance ministry and as a conference speaker.  She has appeared on EWTN’s Women of Grace.  Dr. Kim has served on the SCRC Board of Directors.  She has supervised the SCRC prayer teams at the Mega Healing Service at past SCRC Conventions. 

Fr. Ben Tran was born in 1975 in Harrisburg, PA, immediately after his family escaped from the Vietnam War. In 1979, his family moved to Orange County, where they have lived ever since.  It was during high school that he felt a "nudge" to consider the priesthood.   After graduating from high school, he decided to pursue his love for art.  But during his years out "in the world", he experienced a deep revelation and clarity of God's healing mercy in his life, and the Holy Spirit compelled him to seriously consider again the priesthood.   Fr. Ben was ordained a priest on June 10, 2006.  He loves to sing, play guitar, and lead worship and he loves hiking, camping, playing sports, and traveling.  His favorite motto is "God is good!  All the time!"  Fr. Ben currently serves as Parochial Vicar at St. Anthony Mary Claret in Anaheim.

Fr. Ismael Robles was born in Zacatecas, Mexico, and raised in Los Angeles.  The Charismatic Renewal has been part of his discernment and vocation journey to the priesthood.  Fr. Ismael received his Theological Formation at St. John's Seminary in Camarillo and was ordained on June 1, 2013, for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.  For him being a priest means "being a bridge connecting people to Christ and Christ to people, to be an instrument of healing, to be a prophetic voice, to be a man of prayer, to challenge and encourage others to grow in holiness, and to serve humbly the people of God."  He currently serves as associate pastor at St. John the Baptist Parish in Baldwin Park.

Fr. Lou Cerulli comes to us from Montreal, Canada.  After years of working as a consultant conducting seminars on management and communication skills, Fr. Lou entered the seminary as a late vocation in 1985 and was ordained in 1991.  He is very active in ministering internationally through retreats, workshops, days of reflection, speaking engagements, and healing services.  One of Fr. Lou’s desires is to shares his experiences and love of the Eucharist with emphasis on the healing power of the Sacraments.

Fr. Perry Kenaston was born and raised in the state of Washington.  In November of 1999 Fr. Perry was ordained to the Priesthood for the diocese of Juneau, Alaska. Fr. Perry is currently serving as Pastor of both Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Haines, Alaska and St. Therese Catholic Church in Skagway, Alaska.  He is also assigned to various duties in other parishes within the Diocese, and is the spiritual director for the local charismatic prayer groups.  Fr. Perry has given numerous healing retreats in the Philippines and the United States and has served as spiritual director on different pilgrimages to Lourdes, Fatima, Europe and the Holy Land.

Fr. Larry Gosselin, OFM, is a Franciscan priest of the Province of Santa Barbara and is a native of Washington State, but is a Franciscan friar of the world.  He is presently ministering at Old Mission Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara, CA.  For 42 years of Franciscan life, Fr. Larry has lived and ministered in a variety of cultural and economic milieus. As a minister, he has experienced the loving Christ on the streets with the homeless in Seattle, WA, among indigenous people on Indian Reservations in the Southwest in New Mexico and Arizona, alongside the poor in India, and parochial ministry in varied settings.  In all places he has come to know “being home” among the People of God, and in the enduring and abiding love of God.  Love for God has taken him on life’s greatest adventure, that is to seek to know the intimacy of God in a personal and public way. 

Dominic Berardino is President of SCRC and has been active in a lay leadership role in Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1972.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies from Mt. St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles, plus additional studies from Loyola Marymount University.  He is the author of “Thy Kingdom Come” seminar, a Holy Spirit seminar aimed at evangelizing Catholics.   As a Catholic lay leader, author, and teacher, Dominic has given talks and conducted in-depth seminars, retreats, and conferences in over 400 Catholic churches around the United States and Canada.

Fr. Bill Delaney, SJ, has been active in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1971. He entered the Society of Jesus in 1975 and was ordained in 1985. After teaching mathematics at Loyola Marymount University for several years, he began full time ministry in Charismatic Renewal in 1991. He currently serves as Pastoral Coordinator of SCRC.
